Shipping policy

The order processing time is defined as the duration between the customer's order placement and the transfer of the order to the designated delivery service. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment. Please note, orders made over weekends may experience slight processing delays. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. We strive to minimize any shipment delays during such periods.

Shipping Cost & Transit Time:

  • Destination: USA (Excluding Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 working days
  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping
  • Courier Services: USPS, FedEx, UPS
  • Total Delivery Time equals the sum of Processing Time and Shipping Time, which may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Location:

  • Delivery is restricted to the contiguous United States, excluding Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • Deliveries to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses and international destinations are currently unavailable.

Tracking:

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number, which will become active within 24 hours. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to be updated. If you encounter any tracking issues, kindly contact us, and we will promptly address the matter within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled if the request is made promptly after purchase, provided that payment is finalized, and the parcel has not been shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Customs Fees and Taxes:

  • Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
