We value your satisfaction with your purchase. Should you find the need to return or exchange an item, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Initiating a Return:
- Contact: Please reach out to us via email at nora@rrcose.com within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate your return or exchange request. Kindly include your order number and attach clear photos and/or videos of the item(s) in question.
- Approval Process: Our dedicated customer service team will assess the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
Return Conditions:
- Authorization: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Timeframe: All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: Ensure that items are in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping: When returning or exchanging items, please use a shipping method that provides tracking information to ensure safe delivery. We recommend adding a signature for added security, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items:
- On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
- Damage or loss caused by customers is non-refundable.
Return Charges:
- Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products or quality issues), we will provide a full refund, including return freight costs.
- Buyer's Responsibility: If the return is due to the buyer's preference (e.g., dislike or incorrect sizing), the buyer is responsible for return freight costs.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for product returns.
Refunds:
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 working days.
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.

Order Cancellations:
- Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us promptly after purchase. If payment has been processed and the parcel has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
- Non-Cancellable Orders: Once the parcel is shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
